This project is more than just a development—it is a personal journey, a calling, and a response to a challenge we believe many communities face: how to turn land into a force for unity, purpose, and prosperity.

I have spent time observing how land is often underutilized, mismanaged, or owned in ways that divide rather than connect. I’ve also seen how tourism along our beautiful coastline has rarely translated into true, lasting value for locals. That is why we are piloting a new model—one that brings people together, honors our African heritage, and delivers real economic returns.

The hospitality village we are building in Malindi is our first bold step. Around 200 small cottages will be individually owned, yet operated by experts. It’s a shared investment in every sense of the word. Owners will benefit from short-term rental income, while visitors will enjoy an authentic coastal experience, enriched by our cultural village that proudly showcases the diversity and strength of African identity.

More than anything, this is a project grounded in belief—belief that unity still matters, that fairness is possible, and that our communities can grow not just in wealth, but in spirit. I know some fear shared ownership, and some doubt that this kind of trust can exist. But I believe we can prove otherwise.

Our return on investment is strong, but our return on impact will be even stronger. This is about setting a new standard—not just for land use, but for how we work together as people.
